I can “cook essentials”

John’s mom wanted to get us an air fryer for Christmas. I wasn’t super excited about a “gadget” that I knew was going to take up quite a bit of space but I selected a color and said OK. John assured me we could return it. I didn’t promise to keep it on the counter. Deal. 

The fryer came. We took it to Missouri to my parents to test drive it over the New Year holiday. An instant hit. 

Since that time we’ve tried multiple items and for the first time tonight, I did a large chicken breast for him. I looked on @pinterest for a guideline on time and temp and ended up breading the chicken in a little panko bread crumb after covering it in a little ranch (because it was handy) and some tumeric for his high BP. It turned out excellent! How exciting.
